He/She will help deploy, hand-in-hand with players of the local ecosystems, a tailor-made offer to help SMEs reach the next stage of their growth.

Key Accountabilities

The Marketing officer will be working within the Listing department, and based in different countries during its volunteering. A rotation will take place every 7 months in each of our non-domestic offices, starting with Munich, then Milan and Madrid; for a total length of 24 months. His/Her mission will be to support the Marketing Manager in charge of the roll-out of the marketing strategy for those markets.

Some of his/her missions include:

  • Supporting sales representatives in their implementation in the local ecosystem (identify key local players, set up partnerships and memberships, improve media visibility)
  • Identifying key local events Euronext could take part in
  • Creating marketing material, using both product marketing and digital marketing
  • Assist with the execution of the local media strategies and communicate with each of our local PR agencies
  • Coordinate the event calendar across the 4 countries and assist in the execution of scheduled events
  • Coordinate the marketing expenses and budget processes
  • Prepare regular reports to management (PPT presentations, budget etc..)
  • More generally, the Volunteer will assist the Listing team in the roll-out of Tech initiatives and will be highly involved in the activities of the Department.

The Euronext Corporate Services team is composed of over 80 enthusiastic professionals that combine a strong local footprint across Europe with a deep understanding of global capital markets. Key accountabilities

Our team of advisors assists executive management of  Small & Midcaps listed companies willing to be more active on capital markets, providing them high-touch advisory, market intelligence and decision making analytics: shareholders identification and diversification, understanding of investors’ perception and expectations, leveraging their listing with market experts, “360° listing diagnostic”, improving equity-story and preparing access to investors and capital.

The France Post-Listing Advisory Junior will be in charge of advisory support to companies listed in France, alongside the existing Post-Listing Advisory team :

(i) he/she will support the preparation, definition and execution of the deployment strategy and of the roadmap in France for Post-Listing Advisory, creating and establishing productive, collaborative, and trustful relationships with both all Euronext France /Euronext’s stakeholders and all prospects and influencers;

(ii) contributing to the business development effort by supporting the local commercial intensity, in close relation with the ParisListing team and through a strong relation with the local Corporate Services Sales Manager: identifying high-potential accounts, leading prospects meetings with prepared advisory pitches, and raising the local ecosystem’s awareness for our advisory services (producing sectorial presentations, participating/leading dedicated events, interacting with the local ecosystem, etc…) and reporting activities in a CRM (meetings scheduled, meeting reports, opportunities raised, stage, updates);

(iii) delivering advisory support and analytics for Clients (studies; presentations; market surveillance; briefing and feedback memos, investors’ ID and targeting…), accordingly with quality and commitment standards of the Post-Listing Advisory team;

(iv) Monitoring Clients’ investors relations activity (share capital evolution; investors’ CRM management, road books, …) and producing Clients periodic market updates and listing reports; (v) Participating to the evolution of the services’ content by identifying Clients’ needs and fostering cross-selling of Advisory & IR Solutions – serving Shareholder Analysis clients, demoing IR.Manager -  and of other Corporate Services solutions.

Job Description

The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for designing a comprehensive and progressive customer success roadmap across the different products and countries of Euronext Corporate Services, leveraging on the existing tools, processes and resources as well as introducing further scale and consistence in the organisation.

He/she will also be part of Euronext Corporate Services of one of the few transversal role across the entire suite of services. His/her key responsibilities will include:

·         Ensure effective execution of this roadmap, in coordination with internal and external stakeholders and take direct operational ownership for the implementation of part of it

·         In line with the Voice of the Customer, set-up transversal tools and processes across Corporate Services products, to build an efficient customer success framework enabling best-in-class customer onboarding, support and feedback

As  Market Analyst you will:

  • Ensure the existence of a fair and orderly market for Euronext Cash markets (Equities, Bonds, ETF’s and Warrants & Certificates) ;

En lien avec le Directeur marketing France et l’équipe commerciale du département Listing, le Marketing Officer est responsable de l’exécution du plan marketing au niveau national et dans les régions afin de promouvoir les marchés financiers comme une source pertinente de financement. La difficulté est liée aux nombreuses configurations « presque identiques » et à leur évolution dans le temps

Au sein de l’équipe qui s’occupe de la base de données référentielles pour l’ensemble des marchés gérés par Euronext, ainsi que de l’interface de contrôle des marchés utilisées par les analystes contrôlant les marchés :

  • S’assurer avant déploiement que les configurations sont cohérentes entre elles, et en particulier avec les configurations d’autres éléments du SI qui ne seront pas redéployées

  • Visualisation des similarités et définition des variantes sur la base de modifications de type patch

  • Production des informations nécessaires pour construire un graphe des flux d’information dans le SI

Profil recherché

  • Capacité d'interaction en environnement multilingue (l’anglais écrit/parlé est requis)
